"Pending" status
This status can mean the following:
- For accounts registered with a Russian phone number: your transfer is awaiting confirmation with a 3Ds code. Such transfers take their final status within 10-25 minutes. If you have difficulty with confirming the transfer with a 3Ds code, we recommend that you contact your bank to clarify the information.
- For accounts registered with an Uzbek phone number: your transfer is awaiting confirmation with a code from an SMS message within one minute. If the transfer in the "pending" status does not accept the final status for more than 5 minutes, please contact us in our online chat. If you do not receive the code, please contact your card issuer and clarify the reason.
