Cash transfers to Sri Lanka
To receive cash, the recipient needs to do the following:
- Visit one of the Sampath Bank's branches. Working hours:
- Standard branch: Mon-Fri: 9:00 – 15:00
- Colombo Super branch: Mon-Fri: 8:00 – 20:00; Sat-Sun: 8:30 – 18:00
- Provide his/her identity document and the transfer control number. The sender can find this number in the transaction details by clicking on the necessary transfer and share it with the recipient.
