Cash transfers to Thailand
To receive cash, the recipient needs to do the following:
- Visit one of the branches of Big C Service Counter: Mon-Fri: 9:00 – 22:00
- Specify that the transfer was made via Smart Swift
- Provide his/her identity document and the transfer control number. The sender can find this number in the transaction details by clicking on the necessary transfer and share it with the recipient
Also, Big C Service Counter branch can additionally send an SMS message to the recipient's phone number.
