Why can't I use my card to send a transfer?
Sending funds to certain countries from particular banks may be restricted. These restrictions don't apply to MIR cards. If there are such restrictions, after entering the sender's card number you will see a notification that the card issued by this particular bank can't be used to send funds to the selected country.
