You can set individual restrictions on your Avosend account.
To set and remove restrictions, you need to contact us via our online chat or send a request to our email address [email protected].
It is possible to set the following types of restrictions:

It is possible to set the following types of restrictions:
- Amount limits — you can set the maximum amount of one and/or all transfers per month. In your request you will need to specify which limits you want to set and for which transfers.
- Sending period — you can set a specific time period when transfers can be sent. In your request you will need to specify the exact time period (in Moscow time).
- Access to the service only from the Russian Federation. In your request you will need to specify that access to our service can only be allowed from the territory of the Russian Federation.
- Devices from which you can send transfers. In your request you will need to specify the name and model of the device from which you allow access to our service. There can be one or more devices. To set this restriction, you must be logged in to these devices.
