What should I do if I do not receive an SMS with a code for registration/authorization?

If you do not receive an SMS with a code to register or log in to your Avosend account, please make sure that:
  • You have a stable mobile connection
  • You are in the mobile network coverage area
  • You do not have any blocks for receiving SMS messages
We also recommend contacting your mobile operator and clarifying why SMS messages are not being delivered to you.
If SMS messages arrive late and the code is no longer valid, please wait for 15-20 minutes, then request the code again.

If you are abroad and do not receive an SMS with the code, please contact your mobile operator and specify whether it is possible to receive SMS messages abroad.

We also recommend that you make sure that your VPN services are disabled when you request the code.
